Yes , can you add a signature and avatar request board ? Maybe
some of the member here don't know how to make a sig/avvy .
So , if this board exist , it'll be easier for them to request a sig/avvy of their own . ;D

how bout some sort of tutorial section , for members (like me) who havent got a clue how to start making sigs or avatars but really wanna have a bash.
or maybe a tutorial section for budding anime artists, telling them how to do stuff or a place to post their wares
